Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
The mixing bowl contains ground beef with breadcrumbs and onion and garlic and egg and Parmesan and Worcestershire sauce and parsley and thyme and salt and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients well until they are fully combined.
The meat mixture should be placed in a loaf pan to form a loaf shape.
Smooth the top and make sure it is evenly distributed.
The meatloaf needs to be cooked in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until it reaches 70°C (160°F) internal temperature.
After oven removal the meatloaf needs a 5-minute rest before slicing.
